Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or using services at The Polished Virgo  you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask clients to leave for inappropriate behavior.

Gel polish and extensions
Nail art 
Booking and Appointments
Walk-ins are welcome; however, booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
Appointments can be made via Instagram, phone, or in person.
Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Unconfirmed appointments may be released to other clients.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Arrivals 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened service time.
Excessive lateness may require rescheduling.
Deposit Policy
Deposits may be required for first-time clients or services over $100.
Deposits are applied toward the final service cost.
Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
Gift certificates are available and do not expire.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for any products or services.
If you are unsatisfied, please notify us and we will gladly work to accommodate you.
All purchased items are final sale and non-returnable.
We stand behind our nail enhancement services for 3 days. If lifting or loss occurs within this period, we will repair it at no charge. This guarantee applies only to services performed by The Polished Virgo.
Health and Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities.
We reserve the right to refuse service if health concerns are present.
Pregnant clients should consult their physician prior to certain treatments.
Sanitation Standards
All tools are sanitized and sterilized between clients.
We comply with all state health department regulations.
Single-use items are discarded after each client.
Liability and Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for allergic reactions to products used.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, left behind, or damaged personal items.
Photography may be taken for promotional purposes with client consent.
Client Conduct  We kindly ask all clients to:
Treat staff and other clients with respect and courtesy.
Follow all salon policies and procedures.
Maintain appropriate behavior and language.
Report any concerns promptly.
We love children; however, for safety reasons due to the use of sharp tools:
Children should only be present if receiving a service.
All children must be supervised at all times.
